Most professionals have tried an AI assistant, but few use it in a way that reliably saves time without creating new risks. This course is about the real working day: emails, meetings, reports, spreadsheets, research, planning, customer requests, quotes. It shows you where AI helps, where it does not, and how to supervise it.
Across six chapters you will audit your own tasks, choose tools and a safe set-up, and apply AI to communication, analysis and decision support. You will see concrete uses in marketing, HR, finance, administration, customer support, trades, retail and freelance work, then learn how to frame AI use in a team: a short usage policy, simple automations, measuring real gains and leading the change. Legal points follow the European framework (GDPR, EU AI Act) and are kept general and cautious.
A running project ties everything together: your AI adoption plan, a file you complete lesson after lesson (task audit, tested prompts, data rules, validation steps, measures). In the final chapter you assemble it, test your workflows and present it. Every lesson includes a realistic case, ready-to-copy prompts, pitfalls to avoid and a hands-on exercise with a solution.
